What happens when I import a local repo?
Conveyor leaves your existing repo as it is. When you import a local project, Conveyor makes a copy of the repo under ~/conveyor/. This allows you to try Conveyor without worrying about the current state of your project.
You can then decide what to do with the branches that existed in the repo before the import.
- Conveyor ignores branches that you already merged to master by default
- unmerged branches can be converted to tasks in Conveyor or discarded if not needed
